Is there’s an option in Premiere Pro CC preferences to change the color of the interface text? I want to change it back to yellow, now it is blue. I have noticed the blue text across the entire range of updated programs: AE, PP, Photoshop, etc.

Unfortunately, this change is a part of the UI across the Adobe Creative Cloud products and there is no way to turn back the blue color to yellow as of now. So the short answer is “No”, you can not change it.
