FuzzyBand is a Cydia App which can downgrade your iPhone baseband from 05.12.01 to 04.26.08.
It has a limitation that it works only for iPhone 3G running 3.1.3 firmware with older boot rom 05.08 and not for iPhone 3G with newer boot roms. It also does not work for iPhone 3Gs.
Steps to Use FuzzyBand To Downgrade iPhone 3G Baseband from 05.12.01 to 04.26.08 And Unlock iPhone 3G
- Jailbreak your iPhone 3G using Pwnage Tool
- Launch Cydia and search FuzzyBand App in Cydia. Install the App.
- Launch the FuzzyBand App and click the Downgrade Option.
- Reboot your iPhone 3G after the downgrade completes.
- Unlock your iPhone 3G Using Ultrasn0w 0.9.2
Be careful that this tool works only for iPhone 3G with older boot roms and not for any other type of iPhone.
