Google Voice is a service by Google that allows you to make and receive phone calls. It allows the users to dial people, send texts, receive calls, and listen to voicemail all through a unified Google Voice phone number.
Google Voice needs HTML5 enabled mobile browsers in iPhone 3.0+ and Palm Web OS. Apple did not agree with keeping the Google Voice in the Google App for iPhone. To by-pass this limitation of not having Google Voice in Google App, Google has come up through a Web-app for iPhone.
