Sn0wbreeze beta has been recently released by iH8sn0w, it is the latest for windows which allows you to create a custom firmware for your iphone ad ipod touch so that you can install that firmware and jailbreak them.
Sn0wbreeze supports Phone 2G, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS (excluding models with the new iBoot), iPod Touch 1G, iPod Touch 2G (excluding models with MC). It runs on Windows XP, Vista, 7 (32 or 64bit) with .net framework 3.5
