PayPal has an official iPhone App to send and receive money from other PayPal users for free within USA and by paying a small fee for users outside USA.
The latest feature added to this app is the feature to transfer money between two iPhones by bumping them to each other. This small video demonstration will show you how easy and convenient it is to send and receive money via PayPal on an iPhone.
I have been using this app for months and the app is really useful. The official iPhone PayPal app is free on the Appstore and woks on iPhone without requiring any Jailbreak.

You have to login again if you have updated to new version from old. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one at PayPal Homepage.
