iPhone with firmware greater or equal to 3.0 allows you to share your iphone photo gallery pictures and camera roll pictures in a very easy way [ as shown in the image below ]
but this way all the pictures you send will be resized to 800 x 600 there by reducing the pictures you send via mail or mms with this method.
So, in order to send all the pictures in full size and resolution don’t tap Share rather tap the Copy button and then close iphone photo gallery and open mail application and then paste all these copied images to the new composed Mail or new composed MMS manually.
