We all know that you can run ipod for listening music in the locked state as well by double clicking the home button on your iphone, but in order to skip songs or pause them you will need to tab on the icons shown on the lockscreen when you double click the home button. GlovePod is a free app available in cydia repository and it offers a better control for music playback on your iphone. So all jailbroken iPhones can install this application and allows you to pause or skip songs with volume and sleep buttons
How To Use GlovePod
After double-tapping the home button to invoke the iPod control, Now to pause the music, press the sleep button and hold for a couple of second. You can press and hold the sleep button (again for one to two seconds) to resume the playback.
In order to locate this app on cydia just search for “GlovePod” in cydia to install it.The application will be effective after you restart your iphone after its installation.
