IMDB has resealed latest version of IBDM official App for iPhone within a week after releasing the IMDB App For Windows Mobile. This app is available for free download on Apple Appstore. I just reviewed the app on my iPhone and found it to be absolutely wonderful. In this Article I will review the iPhone IMBD App.
The IMDB app has really simple, beautiful and truly intuitive interface packed with lots of features related to the IMDB movie database, TV database, stars database all packed in one small app. It has load and load of features as well.
The App if fully feature packed and the main screen is intelligently and beautifully designed. You can start with selecting Movies, TV or People as the main options.
Under movies you have options like
- US Show timings
- US Coming Soon
- US Box Office Results
- MOVIEmeter
- Top 250 movies etc.
Under these categories you will find the movie list with rating and number of votes. Once you click on some movie, you get the movie details, options to Watch Video trailer of the selected movie, movie details, movie plot, star cast, genre, synopsis, release date etc.
You can also look at the profiles of a particular star cast, their details, movies they have done, their photographs etc all represented beautifully.
Under the TV section, you can look at the
- US TV Tonight
- US TV Recaps
- Popular TV
Under these categories, you find TV shows list, wherein you can click to see the details of the show like ratings, Air date, star cast and some more useful details.
The settings allow you to set preferred location, IMDB website based on your country, and also amazon store based on your country.
In STARmeter options, you can look at the profile of any listed star and their photographs right on your iPhone / iPod Touch.
