There are many ways to know the IP address of your iPhone. The conventional way is to go through: Settings > General > Wifi > <Network Name>
On this screen you can see your IP Address like you see on screen below:

But this involves going through several iPhone setting screens and it is tedious if you quickly keep changing from one wireless network to another.
There is a free App on Cydia called WhatIP which you can install on your jail-broken iPhone and get to know your current IP address instantly without going through setting screens.
To get this App on your jail-broken iPhone, go to Cydia and search WhatIP. Its a very small app in size and will download almost instantly.
Simply run the app when installed to get your IP address.
This app will come in handy to access your iPhone over WiFi for Photo Sharing
