In the middle of the news and rumors about iPhone firmware 4.0 release, Apple has released the firmware upgrade for iPhone has been released by Apple for iPhone and iPod Touch.
The new iPhone firmware 3.1.3 is said to have following improvements over the previous firmware 3.1.2 :
- Improved accuracy of battery level reporting on iPhone 3GS
- Resolves issue where third-party apps would not launch in some instances
- Fixes bug that may cause an app to crash when using the Japanese Kana keyboard
Note : Do not jump to upgrade it right away if you have a jail-broken phone. Wait till the jail break for 3.1.3 is confirmed.
