Sources report that the OmniVision is expected to supply Apple with 40-45 million sensors in 2010 for the new iPhone, reportedly set to launch in the second half of the year.

The rumor was published in DigiTimes, a Taiwanese publication and the published report claims that OmniVision is set to supply a 5-megapixel camera for the next-generation iPhone. The news has not been confirmed or disagreed so take this as a rumor, even if the source (digitimes) has always been reliable
