It runs on android ice cream sandwich which seems to be heavily customized for by Huawei to add additional software and features which you get out of the box. It has a battery of around 1800 mAh which seems to be adequate if not high for a 4.3 inch capacitive touch screen phone. One more thing to note is that the device is not locked to Airtel only but it can run with other telecom SIM cards as well, however  only Airtel have the license right now.

The pricing and availability of the phone is not yet announced, but they told us that Airtel and Huawei will do it next month, which makes us believe that Airtel will be rolling 4G before the end of this year in metro cities so lets wait and watch.
