Backup / Restore Installed Cydia Apps On Your iPhone With PkgBackup During Firmware Upgrade

Backing up applications installed from cydia repository is always difficult when you upgrade to a newer firmware, PkgBackup is new app released on cydia repository which allows you to backup all your cydia apps both free and paid. So, you don’t need to install them again from cydia which saves all your time.

You can purchase PkgBackup from the Cydia Store for $3.49


It allows you to back up & restore all the cydia packages installed in your iPhone. You can even share or your installed packages lists on Facebook.

Following are some new features ended in this version

– Tremendous speed increase!
– Added ‘Categories’ support for backup/restore operation.
– Added ‘Select None’ & ‘Select All’ buttons in ‘Package List’ view.
– 33% reduction in space used by backup data.
– Addressbook entry now ‘visually’-friendly: device uuid is now append to the first name!
– Added image to PkgBackup contact entry.
– Added image to email generated by ‘Share data’.
