If you have an iPhone and you always feel lazy about Synchronizing it because you have to plug it in with the USB cable to sync it, think again. If your phone is jail-broken, you can get away from the USB cable for the sync.
You need to purchase an iPhone app called Wi Fi Sync from Cydia repository, if you have trouble in locating it, just open www.getwifisync.com from your iPhone and it will give you a download link to this iPhone app.

Apple has stopped signing the older firmware once they release the newer one, so just in case if you are not happy with the new firmware you cannot restore back to the older firmware. For the people who would like to jailbreak their iPhones, iPad or iPod Touch wont be able to restore to older firmware if they had not backed up their unique device SHSH blob or ECID SHSH
What is SHSH blob or ECID SHSH ? For iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch ?
SHSH blob or ECID SHSH is a unique signature which is checked against Apple servers whenever you decide to restore the firmware on any of your apple device including iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Once a new firmware is released, Apple stops signing the older firmware, hence making it impossible to restore back to the older firmware from iTunes.
So, it is advisable that you backup or save your device SHSH blob or ECID SHSH before you proceed for the jailbreak.
You can backup or save SHSH blob or ECID SHSH in 3 ways, either with AutoSHSH or Firmware Umbrella or directly backup on cydia servers your device might need to be jailbroken already for this with cydia installed.

I just got an email from Apple telling me that iPad with WiFi + 3G is now available online for order and at Apple Retail stores. I checked Apple Store Website and checked out the details about the Prices of Apple iPad with 3G and WiFi options.
All these three types will Ship By 7 May 2010 as per the current status as on 30 April 2010.

iPhone Dev Team has just updated redsn0w to 0.9.5 beta to jailbreak iphone OS 4.0, however this tool works on iphone 3g only with 4.0 beta firmware. This new beta version of redsn0w is been released now only for Mac but windows version will be coming soon.
Note: Both the iphone 4.0 beta firmware and Redsn0w 0.9.5 beta are not meant for normal users as they might not able to unlock their phone after upgrading to iphone 4.0 beta firmware, so better stay away from both of these and wait for the iphone 4.0 firmware final release.
